2026 Ritzville Scarecrow Contest
Hey Ritzville, it's time to get creative.
Businesses around town are invited to build a scarecrow and join in a little friendly fall competition.
Decorate it. Display it. Send us a photo. Then let the community decide their favorite.
How it Works
1. Build your scarecrow
Get creative, funny, spooky, traditional, completely ridiculous... whatever fits your business.
2. Put it on display
Scarecrows should be displayed at your business so people can see them around town.
3. Submit your photo
Send us one clear photo of your finished scarecrow by October 10th
4. Community voting begins
All entries will be posted online and the community will vote for their favorite.
5. Winner announced
Voting closes October 29th 11:59PM and the winner will be announced October 30th, winning $100 gift card to local restaurant of their choice
