December 1, 2023: Tree Lighting Ceremony - Christmas at the Carnegie
Join the Chamber of their Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:30 p.m. and stay for some caroling! After, visit the historic library for cookies and cocoa, and a craft event!
December 2, 2023: Holiday Bazaar
Holiday Shopping Opportunity at the Ritzville Grade School from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m! Includes pictures with Santa, and food available for purchase. This event is hosted by the Emanuel Lutheran Church.
December 2, 2023: Children's Movie Matinee
Annual FREE Children's Movie Matinee at The Ritz Theatre at 2 p.m.. This year's movie: The Star. Santa will arrive via fire truck after the movie. This movie is hosted by the Ritzville Downtown Development Association, and made possible by generous donations.
December 9, 2023: Fly-In Santa
Watch Santa arrive via helicopter at 11 a.m., and then drive down Candy Cane Lane to receive some holiday treats! Each child in the vehicle will receive a gift, and the entrance to Candy Cane Lane is at Lind-Ritzville High School. This event is hosted by East Adams Rural Healthcare and Lind-Ritzville Cooperative Schools.
December 9, 2023: Santa Parade
Come watch the annual Santa Parade at noon as is travels down Main Avenue! Each entry will be decorated in its holiday best, while entrants wear a Santa hat.
December 9, 2023: Ornament Hunt
Make sure to stay after the Santa Parade for our annual Ornament Hunt at 12:30 p.m! The hunt will take place on Railroad Avenue, and is open for all ages! Each participant will rush to find an ornament, and then can collect a prize!
